“Ada is the best physiotherapist! I hurt my neck snowboarding and she was able to fix me in just one visit and provided me with a good treatment plan. I found the IMS treatment very effective- will be recommending my friends and family!”

“Superb massage experience with Kim Howden. Her knowledge and intuition quickly identified issues in my body that I hadn’t remembered to mention but that needed attention. Her presence is personable and welcoming, and she is appropriately focused concerning task and time.
