“During my visit of the apartments, the employee showing me the place sold it to me extremely well, describing it as one of the most beautiful buildings in Laval, a great place to live. I made the big mistake of accepting the apartment and living there for two long years. The hallways are very noisy, even after midnight on weekdays. Doors slam, people talk loudly on the phone, and televisions or music play. Despite the building having a strict no-smoking policy, several of my neighbors smoked every day, and I was constantly exposed to the smell of cigarettes, with no intervention from the staff. The maintenance team is clearly overworked and not enough for the number of units to manage. The place is generally dirty, poorly maintained, and is not well frequented. This could be avoided if management actually invested in maintenance and order enforcement. The number of horror stories I heard from other neighbors quickly made me realize that this situation had been going on long before my arrival and will likely continue long after I leave. In short, if you can, don't be fooled by their nice words and avoid this place.”

“Problem with washing machines for months and the manager just ignored it for a long time, when I insisted she gave me a card with 8cad to pay for my washing ( when one cycle is 5cad)! A complete joke. They just ignore your problems, thinking it is the best way to make you shut up about it. I would recommend to look elsewhere for rent, not worth it.”

“It has become unbearable to live here. Is supposed to be a smoke free building but is a complete joke. The constant cigarettes smell of people smoking inside the units comes out to the hallways, and enter to your unit. You will be a second hand smoker if you move to this building, as administration do nothing against these. The air quality is totally unhealthy.”

“I have no idea why people keep saying that the place is dirty! When I first got my place it was newly equipped and the place is so clean. The stuff are very nice and they are happy to help too. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“Awfully dirty, the room was full of ants and bed bugs, they refused to change the room or to refund, not even the courtesy to apologize, we had to look for another place to stay at 9 PM after a long flight since we couldn’t sleep there, we will file a case against them for not complying with the Canadian health and hygiene standers”
