“Omg, I don’t have words to explain how good Tamara is. Good isn’t the right word,she is the best. I went to see her yesterday with a bad pain. I couldn’t sit,stand and sleep. I don’t know what magic she did, but within half an hour, my pain was reduced by 50%. I started walking without any pain. She is just awesome. I can’t appreciate her enough. SHE IS THE BEST.”

“I saw John for chronic pain typical to a desk worker; sore neck, shoulders and back. He was really great at identifying the underlying issues and targeting the right muscles. He was calm, knowledgeable and demonstrated all the exercises with great clarity. We even got to talking about an old back injury I'd given up on ever improving and he's given me hope that we could address that too, and I could actually live 100% pain free! I'm looking forward to my follow up visit with him.”

“Tatyana is a great massage therapist. I have been to her twice for prenatal massage and she has a great set up to put the bump into whilst you lie down. She’s also super knowledgeable about muscles and gave me some stretches to help with my arms that have been feeling a little numb. The reception staff are always lovely and helpful too. Thank you.”

“Tatyana was amazing! The massage was too good I fell asleep twice. Lol. I hope I get to find the time to book another prenatal massage with her before my scheduled c-section. I would definitely recommend her to all my mom friends. She took the time to get to know the nature of pregnancy before we started and ensured that I was well informed and encouraged me to voice out any discomfort I may feel during the procedure and to ask questions at any point. Will definitely book with her again next time!”
