“I have been seeing Noman at Bonnie Doon Physiotherapy for issues related to my flat foot. Initially, I was experiencing a lot of hamstring pain, which he treated with IMS and heat therapy. Over the past six months, he has given me a progressive series of exercises, tailored as I’ve gotten stronger. I genuinely enjoy doing these exercises because I can see the difference they are making. A podiatrist had told me there was nothing I could do and that I would just have to live with the discomfort. I feel fortunate to have been referred to Noman — his knowledge, expertise, and personalized approach have had a real, positive impact on my physical health. “I recently saw Noman at Bonnie Doon Physiotherapy for persistent shoulder pain that had been bothering me for quite a while. He did a very thorough assessment to figure out what was actually causing the discomfort, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He also offered a clear plan towards my recovery, and knowing what to expect really helped ease my worries about the whole situation. Noman’s treatments consist of hands-on work and exercises that were tailored to what I needed, and he adjusted things based on how I responded each session. What I appreciated most was how attentive Noman was. He checked in often, made sure nothing was making my symptoms worse, and gave me solid guidance on what to do at home between appointments. “I am called Joseline I have been seeing Noman for more then a year. But for different injuries. I remember very well the 1st time I met Noman I could not walk, nor balance I had vertigo. After seeing him twice a week for 4 months this vertigo was completely healed. Then another time I had injuried my shoulder I could not use my right hand I was in terrible pain. I am going to be very honest when he is doing the treatment there is pain and sometimes you feel like not coming back. But I really sit and some times think Noman is a God send in my life. My shoulder was healed healed healed… that terrible pain gone forever . But now I am at Noman again with an injuried rib from my work. I have alot of faith I will be healed because I saw how I was healed twice with the past 2 injuries. Noman is very very kind, caring very understanding. He will never push you to what you can't do, for example exercises. He always follows up with you, calling you at home. And he follows up with your doctor.
