“I had an amazing experience at Bonne Vie Medical in Coquitlam. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. Dr. Wii Roque did my Botox treatment for my masseter muscles, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She took the time to explain the procedure, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable. Her expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence that I was in great hands. The treatment was smooth, and I'm very happy with my results. “After waiting for years, we finally found Dr. Mariel Chan, our Primary family doctor. She is incredibly kind and attentive. She provides exceptional care and very dedicated to her job. Thank you Dr. Chan for taking time to listen and never making us feel rushed. She is a great doctor, knowledgeable and very compassionate.We never had issue asking a test requisition. We love her. “Moving out to BC from Ontario, I’ve had to re-establish new service providers, including any health and beauty services. I’ve tried many clinic within Burnaby and Coquitlam areas, and Bonne Vie is by far my go-to for botox, facials, and pretty much everything now. Environment and staff are extremely warm and inviting, they truly care about your wellbeing and are very knowledgeable. Bonne Vie also has really great monthly promotions on products and services and if you’re a member, even greater value on services! “Also Posted On Google Reviews: First of all: DO NOT SEE VERONIKA. I was literally crying in a treatment room (that's my fault,I just had a major loss and I'm sensitive) and she laughed and rolled her eyes at me IN FRONT OF HER MANAGER MULTIPLE TIMES as we were having a conversation about why I was unhappy with a chemical peel I got that I felt was ineffective. She then felt the need to tell me that I was a favor for someone and I wasn't one of her regular clients anyway, and she wasn't comfortable doing the peel on me to begin with, which I very much would have liked to be communicated to me, as I would NEVER allow someone who was uncomfortable like that to work on me in such an intimate manner. Thank God I asked her to call in a manager right away and this was all witnessed. I have NEVER been treated like this in any form of customer service let alone something that is supposed to be a luxury service from a medical spa. I am currently sitting in my car waiting to calm down enough to drive, but I had to say something now while I'm fired up, because in another 20 minutes I'll be too depressed to care if I live or die. (Unrelated, but facts are facts) Also DO NOT take any of their "specials" where they hold some kind of product or service for you. They DO expire if the individual person working there leaves, and they do not tell you this before hand. (Not being aware of this I lost 700$ worth of product and this chemical peel was supposed to be to make up for the fact that they weren't going to give me the filler I got from the promo?")
