“I used to see Dr. Indira Gajraj but stopped after only a couple months because of her notable disorganization and her lack of therapy. She called me multiple times to reschedule or cancel, and the last time this happened she scheduled me for a set date and time and actually ended the call with "I will see you on (date and time set)". So on the day of, I showed up and I sat in the waiting room for 45-50 minutes with no one in reception (!!). Finally, when someone came to the desk I found out that Dr. Indira Gajraj had SOMEONE ELSE down for the time she had told me that I'd be seeing her. My name was nowhere to be found in the appointment book. So now I was out 40 dollars in cab fees because of a mistake she made, then later that day she called me and said we never confirmed the appointment, even though she ended the call with "I will see you on this day at this time". I found out later that basically the exact same thing happened to another one of her clients that I am related to. Would not recommend”
