“I’ve had a great experience here. Joe the physiotherapist, Stefanie the chiropractor, and Elaha the kinesiologist are all incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and professional. They always go the extra mile to make sure patients are properly treated and that the root of the issue is being addressed. “I’ve been coming here ever since I had a work injury back in 2020? I love all the staff there! I get treated by Stef & Joe who really know what their doing. Never had any complaints to give nor a bad experience. I highly recommend BodyWorx! The staff in the front are also always super friendly & love to have short chats with them while I’m there. “*Update: The issue has been addressed, and we have received a refund for the misunderstanding, as promised. Thank you for your professionalism. LACK of Honesty or Transparency with Insurance Coverage! My wife, who recently gave birth, called to book her first appointment. She provided her current insurance information, and the person on the phone confirmed the session, assuring her that there would be no issues. However, when it came time to pay, we were told they couldn’t do direct billing (something we've been able to do with other local physio providers). This meant we had to pay upfront and submit a manual claim ourselves. We trusted them and proceeded with the payment. To our surprise, the insurance company declined the claim, stating that they don't work with BodyWorx Vitality. Having a newborn and dealing with the challenges of the current economy, we simply don’t have extra money to spare. Is it too much to ask for a bit of integrity? To all NEW CUSTOMERS: ask them to do direct billing prior to your session. If they can’t, just walk away!”Read moreShow less
