“Great experience went in with a lot of pain and discomfort in my lower back. The masseuse Deven was able to identify that the source of the problem was actually in my hips and relieved me of my pain and stiffness. Great experience recommend for all!!!”

“I went for acupuncture today. I wasn't sure if it will help with my issues, but She was very thorough asking questions about my health and my concerns. After our discussion,The acupuncturist explain what she was going to do and the acupuncture was very helpful. She worked on various health issues and wow what a difference. I highly recommend her.”

“Did not have a good experience here. My RMT was playing rock music for starters, told me if it is causing me a lot of pain with anything she is doing that it’s my body’s way of saying it’s too much - yet when I’d tell her I was met with silence and she continued it. For example she I was laying on my stomach and she had my back leg in a scorpion position while digging her elbow into the backs of my thighs and knees. It was so painful I spent the entire massage tensing my muscles all over from the pain and felt like I was hit by a truck the following day. Went for hip and knee pain and came out worse. Also her choice of conversation was so inappropriate. Would not recommend.”

“My experience today with Deven was phenomenal. He addressed all my issues with a combination of deep tissue and relaxation during the entire treatment to ensure I got the most benefits from my massage. My legs felt better than they have in a long time. Will definitely be rebooking with him in the future. 10/10 Deven!”

“Today I had a much needed incredible one hr massage by Tara Luchynski. I previously had a lypolma removed from my lower hip and explained my surgery to Tara. Tara took the t to listen and show me on her skeletor wall charts where my pain was coming from and where the lypolma had been. She also asked me some detailed questions about my past history of any injures and physical therapy and sport activities. I Absolutely appreciated that Tara took her time before and after the treatment to continue to make sure I was satisfied and heard. Tara also gave me some take aways information to have should I have any flair ups in the upcoming few days. She suggested coming back in a week to have another treatment providing I needed it. Not once did Tara insist or force any additional sessions but only encouraged a follow up should I have anymore pain issues. I left the clinic not having any tightness in my lower body and feeling very relieved. I am definitely going to book additional sessions with Tara in the following week ahead. Thank you Tara for an amazing first massage session that made me feel alive again.”

“Megan is a miracle worker! Started seeing her years ago when she was just a student and i have not seen anyone else since! She is knowledgeable, & attentive. I have chronic pain and several ongoing issues, and like a deep tissue therapeutic treatment. Somehow she gives me that while also relaxing me to the point where I start to fall asleep. I appreciate that she follows my cues. She will chat when I want to chat, and she’s quiet when I don’t. I cannot say enough good about her! Then there is Sarah, the owner and acupuncturist. I wouldn’t take my car to a tire specialist to have my engine worked on, in the same way that I won’t go to a chiropractor or physical therapist for acupuncture! I see Sarah because as a doctor of acupuncture, that is what she is specifically trained to do. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her work and a true professional. Jess at the front desk is excellent. Always friendly and accommodating, even when I come in like a flustered whirlwind most days. The new location is beautiful and reflects all the passion that Sarah and her staff have put into it. Five stars all around”
