“Wow! I've been beating up my body for the better part of 20 years in the moving industry. Finally decided to book a full body massage to see if it would improve stiffness and mobility issues I've been having for a couple years. Wendy did a fantastic job!!! She targetted all of the problematic areas and loosened up decades old knots in my back, legs and neck. I walked out feeling like a new man! Highly recommend this little gem. Also very fairly priced compared to other massage spas. Don't be afraid to ask for a firm, deep massage. No pain, no gain :)”

“I’ve been a client here for over 3 years and have always appreciated the quality of their massages and acupuncture. I’ve referred many friends as well. That said, my experience with billing and extended benefits has been very disappointing. I realized after 1 full year that my acupuncture claims weren’t handled fairly, but I overlooked it at the time as I was happy with the other services. For the past year, I’ve been paying out of pocket for massages and recently discovered that my profile has been marked in a way that prevents me from using my extended benefits—even though they advertise insurance coverage. This feels unfair and raises concerns & makes me wonder if other clients might be experiencing the same. Additionally, the overall experience has declined. The quality of the environment could be improved, particularly with worn/torn bedding, and frequent turnover in staff. Overall it feels like I’ve been unfairly blacklisted, when in fact I should have been the one holding them accountable for these billing issues. This lack of accountability is deeply disappointing.”

“BODY & SOLE Wellness Center in Langley, BC is a hidden gem! After decades of pushing my body and feet to the limit through my career, I wasn’t always able to invest the time or resources into self-care and recovery. But now, with a little more space in my life, I’ve been treating myself—and wow, what a difference! Their reflexology treatments are incredible. It’s a deep, intense massage that’s also surprisingly relaxing—from knees to toes. It’s done wonders for my circulation, inflammation, and overall aches and pains. Truly a little slice of heaven! They offer many other services too, but I can’t recommend the reflexology enough. Bonus: If you go before 1:00 p.m. on weekdays, you can get two services for an amazing price. Treat yourself—you deserve it!”

“I booked in Sunday morning, on a whim, first time and couldn't have wished for a better experience. I had an amazing full body massage and reflexology treatment by Dana/Dayna. She was very polite and very good! The space was clean, cozy and fresh. I found their pricing extremely reasonable, like, I was surprised - especially for the quality of the treatments I received! I will definitely be going back, thank you Wendy and Dayna!”
