“We booked a visit to Body & Soul Spa for a head spa treatment during a mother daughter trip to St. John’s. We’ve experienced our share of head spas back home in Toronto, but this was the honestly the best experience we’ve EVER had!!! They gave the most incredible face, head, shoulder and neck massage along with a full double wash, hair oil and conditioning! So attentive and relaxing! I can’t recommend this enough!!! “Do not go to this place. First off, I had booked with Vicky, but she is not who did my nails. I had a shellac manicure and pedicure. My cuticles were butchered. There are tiny cuts, hang nails, and peeling skin. The polish is thick and uneven. I had to shape them myself when I got home. The polish on one of my toe nails fell off within hours. The girl who did my nails was very sweet, but that was the only redeeming quality. I have no idea how this place has only 5 star reviews. Bribery, I'm sure. Way too expensive for the poor quality.
