“I was given a gift card for a 90 minute relaxation massage. I was massaged from 10:10-11am. Afterwards I was told it was my fault that I was only massaged for "60" minutes because I didn't book in for the right massage, even though I booked in with my certificate. I asked if I could be scheduled in to make up for the lost 40 minutes on my certificate and I was told no, my certificate value had been used up. I am very disappointed in this business and how they chose to handle this. I was not given the massage that my certificate was purchased for and then I'm told it's all my fault.
