“I booked a much needed appointment with Tammy and arranged child care. My profile and credit card info are up to date in the Jane app. 24 hours before the appointment I receive the text confirming and reminding me of the booking, however, I get an email 21 hours prior to my appointment that it was cancelled. No explanation. I had a missed call from them - however no voicemail which is fully functional. I emailed them immediately to inquire why it was cancelled and have not received a reply.
