“I have been to so many Massage Therapists and Joe Wood is probably the best Massage Therapist I have ever had. I highly recommend going to him. He listens to what you want worked on and always finds those nasty knots and isn’t afraid to work those glutes. I always leave there feeling so great and not upset about wasting money on a massage. All the Massage Therapists are wonderful at Body & Spirit, but I just am so satisfied with Joe’s massages. Keep up the great work Joe and see you soon!”
