“I started to see PT Connor in April 2026 this year due to tendon tears in both arms and an enlarged ulnar nerve in one of them as well. I was in so much pain I couldn't even shake Connor's hand when I first met him. Connor listened to my concerns at every visit and designed a plan for therapy at the clinic and at home, adjusting as needed, that has proven effective. Anyone that has experienced nerve pain understands when I say I didn't think it would ever get better. It took a little over 3 months but I am happy to say I am pain free once again. “I had a really great experience at Body N Balance with Sheena. I was dealing with a stubborn shoulder issue that took some time to work through, but she stuck with me the whole way and really helped get it back to a usable, pain-free place. She’s kind, patient, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to see them improve, not just rush them through appointments.
