“Went to the location at around 7pm to see an open sign and "walk in's welcome". Doors were locked. Hours sign shows they should be open. I knocked and knocked, but nothing. Called the phone number twice over the next 15 min and it says their voicemail has not been set up. They probably should be like places and book appt. only if they don't want to disappoint customers.”

“My back pain had been bothering me for a long time. I had tried several massage parlors, but none of them worked. Since coming to this massage parlor, I felt relief after just one massage. After two massages, my back pain was completely gone. This massage parlor is highly recommended.”

“This afternoon, my daughter and I arrived at the door of this business, mainly to inquire about the services they offer. I knocked on the door because we tried to open it, but couldn't get in, and there was a sign indicating it was open. An Asian female opened the door, and to our surprise, after trying to greet her and asking about the services offered, as they had displayed 'walk-ins accepted,' she mumbled something and closed the door in our faces. All I could say was "wow they have an absolutely amazing customer service". It's very funny in this day and age to have a business of this caliber treating potential clients in such a manner to be in a very small place like Vernon. It's a sign because for weeks now my friends and I have been trying to book an appointment at this same place, but our timing was just not working. I am happy I walked there today and experienced what I did because not even my enemy would send them. I am happy we never made the mistake because if I were treated this way today, I can't imagine what they would do to my body.”
