“I found Body Crafters while looking for a Microbiome Labs product. Dan encouraged me to order directly from the company rather than from them because they were having delays in getting the product. He assured me I would get the product quicker and gave me a practioner code to be able to order from Microbiome Labs directly. I received my product in just under 2 week and even with exchange, he was correct in saying the price would be about the same. I have never been in the clinic (live in another province), so I can't speak to their services but I really apprecieated this gesture to get the product I was looking for! I’ve met most of their practitioners, and I especially want to shout out Tiana Stoddart, the Registered Massage Therapist—she’s incredible! The entire team is super friendly, and the service is always top-notch. They also offer direct billing, which is really convenient.
