Ivy takes the time to understand what areas need attention and provides a thorough, effective treatment. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better than when I arrived. “My wife and I were feeling a bit achy after our long plane rides. We stumbled upon this amazing spot on Google, and Ivy and Eric were our therapists. They were fantastic! They knew exactly how much pressure and stretching we needed, and they were quick to adjust if we wanted more or less. We always enjoy massages when we travel, and this one is definitely among the best that we’ve ever had. In fact, the massage was so good, that we made an appointment for the day before our departing flight out of Calgary.”

“A massage by Ivy is a ‘must to do’ in Calgary. I had been suffering from a tension headache and she certainly sorted me out. I do have fairly regular massages in the UK, but the blissful 45min massage I received from Ivy today was the best one I have had! Thank you Ivy.”

“Ivy was amazing. I chose deep tissue, but found that with her I only needed medium. She was very thorough and detailed, and every muscle was worked through in a way that made me feel brand new. After, I was offered water and suggestions for upkeeping the work she did. 10/10 I will be returning! (FYI, the its in the same building as the Inner Beauty Wellness and Spa! There's also lots of available street parking)”

“Had an amazing experience here over the weekend. Ivy and John were both amazing. They knew exactly where our body needed some extra care. My husband and I came for a 60min full body massage and we wished we could stay forever. Ivy and John really tried to understand where we had most tension and really took care of those areas.
