“Dr. Ryan is the best chiropractor I have tried so far. He is an expert in getting to the root cause of the chronic pain. I feel like a new person after a couple of sessions with him! Highly recommended! Update: Bodiworks is a top-tier multidisciplinary health and wellness centre. Aside from their elegant clinic, they have fantastic group of professionals working collaboratively together. “I came to bodiworks after struggling for a few months with a back strain that wasn't improving and causing me a lot of pain. I had 2 physio sessions with Angali and then a massage with Ramona, and I honestly couldn't believe the improvement in my pain after my treatments. They worked some magic on me and have both been absplutely lovely. The girls at the front desk have all been so pleasant and kind as well. “Anjali is an exceptional physiotherapist! Having hypermobility she has been able to help me strengthen my body and decrease my daily pain significantly. I've also never expierienced such a gentle dry needling technique before! Anjali has such a wide range of knowledge when it comes to exercises that help strengthen all of my imbalances, and is able to give a wide variety of modifications depending upon my strength level at the time. “BODIWORKS is a great clinic. The girls at the front are always so kind and accommodating. I can’t stress enough the impact you ladies have (I have seen 2 regular, and one in training?). You’re the first impression a patient gets, and you always greet with a smile, understanding and seemingly genuine interest. You make people feel at ease. Anjali (physio) and Jessica (massage) have both been excellent, very knowledgeable and supportive! The clinic is clean and calm and the hours are very flexible. Highly recommend! Updated to add: I have now seen Cassandra for acupuncture and she is a gem as well, knowledgeable and SO sweet. First appt was amazing, second appt she was running two rooms. This left me with needles in for an extended time, with a large amount of discomfort. I am not new to acupuncture, but this was a first for me. “Had a wonderful first experience at Bodiworks with an RMT named Ramona. She listened to my concerns and put a plan together for treatment that day and going forward.
