“Absolutely love Paulette! I see her for massage and reflexology and she is amazing at both. Her reflexology sessions are divine!! You leave feeling so relaxed. She's able to really focus in on specific goals you might have and help guide you through what's going on in your body. We are currently working together on a specific goal and she's been great and we've been making progress which makes me happy. I always look forward to my reflexology sessions. Her massages - equally amazing. She's well versed in the body and isn't afraid to use tools like cupping in her service. She really gets to know your body and what it needs over time which is super valuable! 10/10 recommend. You won't regret it!”

“I’ve been seeing Paullette for as long as I remember, I believe when she was doing her practicum. She was my first massage therapist, and I love her. I used to see others when she cannot accommodate my schedule and they’re not the same. I’ve been a florist for many year. After standing all day, especially the long hours during the busy flowers holidays, I need extra help. Paullette just knows how to provide the right technique and pressure to relief my aches and pains. I always get a full body massage and sometimes cupping, and now with REFLEXOLOGY, it’s a great addition to my already wonderful experience. Paullette is just the best!!!”

“I have been seeing Paullette ever since she was studying to become a massage therapist, to becoming a business owner. I trust her technique for the knots, and soreness from sitting at a desk job for 8.5 hrs (+) 5 days a week. Not only does she provide the most relaxing atmosphere, she offers a wonderful experience / service called cupping which I highly recommend. In the past I've found it difficult to find someone to provide the pressure I've wanted, and she is just perfect 👌. I would encourage you to book in and try the hot stones, to cupping to the basic massage and REFLEXOLOGY which is truly amazing. Who knew pressure points could have such an impact 🤔 and when combined with the smooth flow of touch, rhythmic soundbath for your ears/mind (truly great music selection) topped off with the scents to put you at ease. Truly a place where I am relaxed.”
