“Google Maps will send you to the entrance of the parkade underneath and the office is located on the first floor to your left. Exit the elevator Best to take in your documents and your credit card and they give you the permit right there and then!”

“The people are great but they are limited with what they can accept for payment type as they don’t take tap or debit. Only old school credit card machine or the exact amount of cash. Seems ridiculous in this day and age. Also the fact that it’s an office that people go to in order to renew their disability tag, there should be some easier accessible parking nearby.”Read moreShow less

“Emailed my dad's application two weeks ago but didn't receive a response. Drove over there to hopefully expedite the process and was met by a very dismissive guy at the counter. He looked Filipino, dark skinned and middle aged wearing a green Brasil shirt. Asked if I can forward the email to him so he can print it out and process the application. He flat out denied the request. Not wanting to drive back and waste time, I went back in and asked the lady sitting beside the unsympathetic guy if she can at least start processing the application. She asked me to forward the email to her directly. She printed out the application forms, took payment and issued the decal in 5 minutes max. 1 star is for the lazy and unsympathetic guy. “They’re closed for two weeks at Christmas and closed every weekend! I need to bring my 86 y.o. mother to drop off her application, and this was the only time I had off from work. Do they expect people to take time off work to hand in applications? They lost her application the first time her friend took her to drop it off. Whoever was at the front didn’t communicate anything to her, so she left thinking it was taken care of. Apparently, she was supposed to pay a fee, yet no one spoke to her about and they just let her leave! Sparc is meant to assist handicapped people, yet the front staff has zero training in sensitivity. Waste of tax dollars.”Read moreShow less
