“I booked a massage appointment for today and received an email confirmation - I showed up 10 minutes early and noticed that the clinic was dark. I had read other reviews that sometimes Kerry would be a little late so I waited. I called the phone number posted on the door one minute after my scheduled appointment just in case and left a voice message. About ten minutes later I sent a text. I tried calling again 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and had no response. I ran into another business owner in the area who said this was not the first time they’d seen people waiting outside the clinic in the same situation. I checked back 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and still nothing. Two hours later I haven’t heard back. The kicker is that there was an RMT appointment available at the clinic downstairs, and I just missed the RMT by 5 minutes. The extra kicker is I paid nearly $7 for parking. “Kerry was great, she really helped with my tight hip flexors after a week of snowboarding, as well as some ankle tension from a pre-existing injury. We also had interesting conversations, which made the session even more enjoyable. The session did start slightly late, but she more than made up for it, in fact, it then overran because Kerry is so conscientious and focused on her work and definitely doesnt clock-watch. “Kerry is the best of the best - a true healer. I came in seeking a therapeutic shiatsu/deep tissue massage. My wife did a less intense session. Kerry is extremely intuitive and knowledgeable about her practice. The last time that I had a massage like hers was over 15y ago... finding therapists like her doesn't happen often - she is a gem. She really worked with me to help put my body and mind back in better order. I appreciate that she coordinated her technique with my breathwork, and communicated with me effectively to make sure that I was getting the most out of my time with her. The only con is that she is ~2200km away from where I live, and I only got to enjoy this experience as part of a brief vacation.
