She was very professional and I could tell she was very knowledgable about anatomy and explained to me very well on my tense muscles and how to modify for body posture. “Mary is wonderful! She’s the perfect person to be blunt with… first time? Nervous ? Your can tell her and you can tell her exactly what you need, what you like, don’t like. But also if you don’t feel like talking, cool. If you want to chat the whole time, she in too. I love how convenient it is right on Garrison road! “Had my first visit to Blue Heron Massage today.. An overall fantastic experience. Mary is a true professional.
