About the clinic

Welcome to Bloom! Clinic updates: Cassandra is back to work following her maternity leave! NEW pelvic and perinatal clients: When booking your initial assessment we recommend booking 2 x 45 mins follow up visits to ensure that you are able to a time that works with your busy schedule. The first follow up 1-2 weeks after your assessment, and another 2 weeks after that. It’s best to book your follow up appointments with the same practitioner for continuity of care. Your physiotherapist will discuss with you if any changes need to be made to your plan. NEW infant clients: If booking for feeding support , we recommend scheduling a follow-up visit within 1-2 weeks to provide timely support during your baby’s newborn stage. If you are unable to find a time to book an initial assessment within 2 weeks of noticing concerns, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you. Waitlist : Make sure to take advantage of our waitlist! You can add yourself to the waitlist for a particular date and timeframe using our online booking system. If a spot opens up, at any time, you will be notified via text or email (depending on preferences that you have selected when you set up your profile). Nazly at Bloom Physio is incredibly knowledgeable. I thought I already knew A thing or two about pelvic floor health, but it turns out I had no idea — she completely changed my approach and helped me significantly with my postpartum recovery. Highly recommend her to any new mom!

Highly recommend Bloom and in particular Cassandra. I learnt so much from Cassandra about my body and she gave me great exercises that fit within my lifestyle of a working mom of two. I still do these exercises to this day. Fantastic experience.

My experience at Bloom was so wonderful. Everyone there was warm and friendly and the clinic is beautiful inside. Angie was very thorough and made me feel at ease right away. She explains things in an easy to understand way. I felt heard and supported throughout and like every possible thing was considered to give a good experience. I highly recommend Bloom!

I have had a really positive experience here. I am trans, and was pretty nervous because I have a beard and look out of place, but everyone has been kind and welcoming. I have a pretty unique case in terms of anatomy and the various injuries that have caused my issues and Carmen is very collaborative in my treatment. She also recommended yoga and suggested online since I can't attend in person and it is really helping in conjunction with our sessions. I would recommend Bloom in terms of the people working there and the space is also nice and very clean. Carmen is also very professional and respectful which I really appreciate as pelvic floor physio can feel vulnerable. I feel safe there. Carmen offers needling as an option and that's what I prefer. Not all physio therapists offer it so it is worth noting. This clinic doesn't bill MSP which is the only downside as I don't have benefits. When my schedule changed I started seeing Natasha and she's great. She's really good at her job and she knows about trans surgeries and some of the muscular tension it can cause which is also helpful. She's lovely and I'd recommend her too.

Beyond happy with choosing this clinic for physiotherapy birth prep, the clinic is so warm and welcoming. Aimee in particular is amazing! So knowledgeable, warm and she makes you feel very comfortable. Very happy with my experience!

Aimee was very kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and professional. I’m so thankful to have found her to help me through my physical concerns. When I left BLOOM, I thought, “Finally, some answers!” 🙏🏽 Thank you, Aimee, for helping me better understand and work through my tailbone injury, pelvic floor issues, plantar fasciitis, sore lower back, and tight hips. So grateful for your care and support!

Cassandra is the best. After the reversal of ielostomy surgey I had a problem with pelvic control which cause me to have epsiodes of incontinence.. She is good in her craft and very welcoming along with other staff. I learned a lot of her teachings which I easily applied in my every day life especially working a hectic job and doing long commutes. Their clinic is so clean with energy of calmness in it. Thank you again.

When I was six months pregnant, I reached out to Aimee — and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I made! She was incredibly supportive throughout my entire third trimester and continued to be a huge help during my postpartum journey. I can't recommend her enough, and Bloom as a whole is just amazing. ❤️

Such wonderful, caring and knowledgeable practitioners. I came here for prenatal and postpartum work. I felt so taken care of and it was the most impactful pre birth work I did alongside my workout regimen. The office is tastefully decorated and professional without being stuffy. Everything feels clean which makes the experience very comfortable considering the type of physio it is. If you are on the fence or think you need to be pregnant to invest in your pelvic floor please don’t second guess yourself. It’s important education for any woman to understand.

Dahra is such a kind person. She’s extremely informative and gentle to the touch for maximum comfort. My first time doing physio and it was definitely a good introduction. Will be coming back again and again. The studio is very clean and very welcoming. Highly recommend!
