“I booked 3 one hour massages for my sister's little bachelorette party. We could all receive the service at the same time because this was planned in advance. We appreciated Blissful Spa being so willing to accommodate this for us. I received a massage from Ana, who immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. “Awful. I booked a special day for my wife here for mother's Day and they just repeatedly dropped the ball. Firstly, I paid for her to get a massage from an RMT, but my wife was told when she got there that she wouldn't be, instead she'd get one from an RMT 'in training'... She was frequently made to wait between treatments, sometimes all because they can't schedule anything correctly. Additionally, the place is filled with cameras, this made my wife extremely uncomfortable. The real travesty was the lash treatment she was supposed to receive. She was made to wait from 2:05pm all the way to 3:45pm just for a lash technician to SHOW UP, only for the lash tech to realize they were out of lash glue! Imagine waiting for an HOUR AND 45 MINUTES only to be told you literally waited for NOTHING. I'm beyond disappointed and I feel like I ruined my wife's mother's day gift by picking this god awful place. They gave me a measly $122 dollar refund for an almost $400 dollar "all inclusive mother's day package" that did nothing but waste my wife's time, stress her out, and throw off our whole day (I called in a few favors to make sure the kids were taken care of, and that rides were handled; I ended up needing to get the babysitter to stay extra late, and shuffle rides around because of the absolute mess this place made of their schedule). The cherry on top of this gong show: I made the mistake of tipping before the service, all so my wife didn't have to deal with it, now I feel like I've been completely ripped off. “My husband booked pedicure services as a surprise for me for Mother’s Day. He specifically selected a staff member to complete the services of which he was notified 2 hours before the appointment they were calling in sick and would have to push back the appointment to a time that wouldn’t work. We requested to cancel and then they seemed to find someone to cover once a request to cancel was made. My services were a surprise to me as my husband didn’t tell me what I was getting just that he booked 3 hours of service. I received a pedicure by a lovely lady. He booked two pedicure services that according to the website would span over 3 hours. I guess there is some intensive services offered in both and because they were done in the same appointment they were able to be efficient - 1.5 hours of “efficiency.” The comment made was that you cannot do too much intensive services at once to prioritize the health and integrity of my skin - which I can understand. However, because this was a surprise for me I wasn’t sure to expect. Ended up paying $290 for 1.5 hours of pedicure and treatment services. I’ve received other services similar to this and have never paid $290 for 1.5 hours of work. I’m disappointed because my husband reached out and there didn’t seem to be any real “hey let me work with you.” My husband isn’t a pedicure guy and has no idea what to ask for and I feel like he was taken advantage of today. Overall, not happy with the customer service and how they priced this for him. I will say I did enjoy the service itself provided but for $290… not worth it.”Read moreShow less

“100000/10 Tiffany is AMAZING!!! She did such a fantastic job on my nails. I’m honestly obsessed with how they turned out. She’s super friendly, so talented, and really knows exactly how to work with your nails. The whole experience was fun, comfortable, and professional.
