“John helped me so much - I suffered from so much lower back pain, that I thought I wouldn't be able to work anymore. Already after one treatment my symptoms improved so much that I was almost pain free a week later. Also Natasia and John made it possible for me to get an appointment very quickly and are very accomodating regarding my work schedule. For me definitely worth taking a 1.5hour trip one way, since I feel so much more improvement than I felt from all my chiropractic care within the last decade. “John helped me so much. I had terrible back pain in my upper back , I just kept thinking I needed massage because it felt like a whole bunch of knots. After 2 appointments I have hardly any pain in my back and feel so much better overall. It was very interesting to see how my body being out of line affected so many things. What I liked most was there was no sudden intense movements like in chiropractic work. The stretches and movements he uses are slow and careful.
