“I love Biostrong and this new NW Calgary location is super convenient. My schedule is pretty hectic (whose isn’t) so the short sessions once you’re in the groove are great. It’s also been eye opening to see how quickly my bone density has benefitted. It’s something I’d not thought much about while still being younger, but the improvements from my initial session to now has been drastic.
