“Very disappointing experience. I confirmed an appointment in advance, but the clinic failed to record the agreed time and instead scheduled me for a different one without notifying me. To make matters worse, I never received any reminder message beforehand, which is standard practice for most clinics. As a result, the appointment was canceled, despite my husband's hand condition being quite urgent. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or acknowledgment of their mistake. Instead, the next available appointment offered was 11 days later. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and little regard for patients' time or urgent medical needs.”

“I’ve been to other physiotherapy clinics with good reviews before, but Dr. Noujan Iravani is truly on another level. From day one, he took the time to carefully listen to my concerns, explain the diagnosis in detail, and outline a clear treatment plan right from the start. His knowledge and experience are outstanding, and he combines that with genuine patience and care. Unlike some clinics that watch the clock, Dr. Iravani spends as much time as needed with each patient, regardless of how busy the clinic is. I went to him for both knee and back issues, and throughout my treatment he was always eager to listen, answer my questions, and guide me on what to do — and what to avoid — to keep my joints healthy. Thanks to his expertise, I now feel confident in how to exercise and take care of my body to stay strong for years to come. I can’t recommend Dr. Iravani enough!”

“I unfortunately had very bad experience here. I went there for neck and upper back pain and after more than 5 sessions I unfortunately left with more pain than when I started! Like I have pain in some upper back areas that was never there before. It’s completely debilitating and I’m going to another place to hopefully fix the damage they have done. Their approach here was mainly “aligning my neck” which I’m sure is the root cause of all the damage they did. I kept bringing it up in every appointment when I felt the pain was getting worse but they just continued doing the exact same treatment! I really REALLY debated whether to put this review or not because my husband had an OK experience here for his elbow. But eventually decided to leave review because I am in so much pain from my experience here and I think it’s unfair to other people who decide to go here solely based on google reviews.”

“I attended Biophysio Rehabilitation Clinic in Maple after my revision total knee replacement surgery. At first, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the clinic, and the welcoming and friendly feeling that the front desk (Nazila and Zeynab) gave me, making visits to the clinic an enjoyable experience. The clinical director (Dr. Noujan Iravani), the chief physiotherapist is very respectful, caring, professional and an effective communicator in providing helpful exercises at the clinic and to do on my own at home. He did a great job in keeping me steadily progressing in my rehab process. Other physiotherapists, Sahel and Afsaneh, are professional and pleasant. They all instilled confidence in me to keep pushing towards the right direction and not lose motivation. I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff at the clinic for their fantastic service. It is greatly appreciated and I would like to highly recommend this clinic to others.”
