“Went there for the arc red light therapy bed. The red light therapy bed itself is great, and the clinic is very nice. However, the staff are so salesy to the point it’s off putting. I understand it’s good to make clients aware of the other services you after. But After 5 sessions, despite telling the staff I am only coming for the red light therapy, every single time I was still trying to be upsold on other services. I eventually just started going elsewhere.”

I was struggling with a stubborn head cold and really wanted to feel better before my daughter’s wedding. My daughter Jordyn and I started with the infrared sauna and salt room, which was already such a calming and healing experience. The team then introduced us to the Xtract technique, and we decided to book it right away. Before my second appointment, I reached out to see if I could come in again — and they were so accommodating, fitting me in without hesitation. Lisa Marie was phenomenal. She was incredibly welcoming, calming, and knowledgeable, and her care made a huge difference for me. The day before the wedding, Jordyn and I returned for another round of Xtract, the infrared bed, and the salt room. The level of care and attention we received truly went above and beyond. I’m from Calgary and even asked if they had a location there because I was so impressed with their customer service and treatments. Jordyn is actually back again today for a full session before heading off on her honeymoon. When I’m back in BC, I will absolutely be returning. “The team is so nice and knowledgeable generally, but no much experience with the lymphatic drainage post operation, place wasnot prepared with supplies needed for post operation customers, Renee is nice but was not responsive to my concerns and main areas needed to be treated.”

“I came to know BioMune through Aurelia for massage. They are the most caring, passionate and kind people. They truly wants to help people to get well and will do their best to do so. I have had knee pain and through massage and LED light therapy with Aurelia, my pain is almost at zero. I have also done facial with Kristy. It's amazing! “Amazing clinic. Came with a problem of sagging belly after the birth of children. I received detailed advice, examination and attention that I have not received in many years of living in Canada. All employees have experience and education in this area. The atmosphere is very friendly and pleasant. And the procedures are excellent, you lie down and the body is rebuilt🤩, what you need. If I had the opportunity, I would go to your clinic every day! And I also have a cosmetologist and other specialists in my plans. Thank you very much for the time spent with you❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
