“My family and I have been clients of BIOFLEX for more than 20 years and have known the company since the time of its founder, Dr. Fred Kahn. Unfortunately, my recent experience purchasing a professional BIOFLEX system has been extremely disappointing. Before payment, I received frequent calls and considerable attention from the sales representative. After BIOFLEX received approximately CAD $18,000 from me, communication became increasingly difficult. I was repeatedly unable to obtain clear updates by telephone or email, and several assurances regarding my order were not followed through. The agreed arrangement was a 50% initial payment, followed by in-house financing over three years, with the first payment beginning one month after delivery. I was also given a delivery date of July 25, which was especially important because I have prepared my clinic and arranged patient bookings around the arrival of the machine. Despite waiting patiently and following up repeatedly, I was later informed that the machine could be delayed by a further three to six months. One representative even made light of the situation and said he was too busy to remember my case. I have also attempted to contact the CEO, Deepak Mehta, but have not received a meaningful response. A company selling high-value medical equipment should provide clear timelines, professional communication, written accountability and appropriate support after taking a substantial deposit. The lack of communication and uncertainty has caused serious disruption to my clinic plans. I am still giving BIOFLEX the opportunity to resolve this matter promptly and professionally. However, based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend purchasing from the company unless all delivery dates, financing terms and refund protections are confirmed clearly in writing before any payment is made. My experience with BioFlex Laser Therapy Clinic has been genuinely positive. The laser treatment was completely non-invasive and pain-free, and I responded very well to it. Before coming here, I was not familiar with laser therapy and assumed it might be uncomfortable or invasive, but it was nothing like that. What made the experience even better was the way I was treated by Slava Kim and the entire team. The office is welcoming, the staff are kind and caring, and they truly treat you like family. “I was suffering from Vascular inflammation, and it was hard for me to find treatment option to get healing fast . Then I visited bioflex center through my friend recommendation and also with my past experience with bioflex,that's when I decided to go for Bioflex. Laser therapy for me has been a tremendous experience as there is no other possible side effects but it got cured in 3 weeks .The staff is very helpful and kind. “I had the most positive and welcoming experience here at BioFlex laser clinic. I was dealing with an inflammatory, pain related recurring issue that was unresponsive to other interventions I’ve tried over the years. I decided to come here before considering surgery for pilonidal sinus and honestly this was the best decision I made and I wish I was there sooner. The entire process was very easy going, Dr.Slava Kim was extremely knowledgeable about my condition, provided clear instructions while also providing support and guidance about prevention in the future. This laser therapy exceeded my expectations, it was completely safe, non-invasive and pain free. There was no down time needed, no wound care and I could do the same things I was doing before while healing. With only a few sessions with Dr.Slava, I had the best results and my condition improved significantly to the point I am healed and can sit without any discomfort. I would recommend anyone to come to this clinic but especially anyone with pilonidal sinus issues, this is the most safest, non surgical treatment option that gives the best results that you will not regret. “Both myself and my husband have received Bioflex treatments. I was told I would require cortisone injections and possible surgery. Not wanting to jump straight into that but reasearch my options, I came across Bioflex and thought to give it a go and see what happens. I am pleased to say that the issues have been resolved and continue to stay that way. I went back for another separate issue sometime later and that has since been resolved too. Nathan helped us understand the treatment protocol and was able to tell us how many treatments we would require. We also saw the onsite Physiotherapist in conjunction with our treatments and the combination helped us gain back mobility and function. I highly recommend Nathan and Bioflex.”

I went to him with what I thought was usual acne on my face, but had progressed into an infectious abscess, and he handled it with so much care and professionalism.
