“Excellent experience from start to finish! Alex is by far the best I’ve seen at Big Feet. I went in with a painful foot, and after just one treatment it was practically better. A big thank you as well to Sherry at reception, she’s always so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend this location!”Read moreShow less

“I had a lymphatic drainage massage today, and it was an amazing experience! The lady was incredibly skilled, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. Her technique was excellent, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and so relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and does her work with great attention and care. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality lymphatic drainage massage. I’ll definitely be coming back! :)”Read moreShow less

“I just had a body massage here. Unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. The masseuse herself was lovely and only reason why I am leaving 1 star at all. The ambience of the experience was terrible. One woman who had asked me 2 times if I wanted a foot massage after my body massage, in which I kindly declined, had come into the room, in the middle of my massage, to ask again. To explain further; I was in a room that had half a wall. The whole top half was completely gone. This essentially made it so that I was sharing a room with another person. The lights were constantly being turned on and off on that side which made it so I could see it too. It was incredibly distracting. During the massage I could hear people coughing, sniffling loudly and nearly the entire time, a man was snoring very loudly. A new person had entered that room and I was able to hear their comments and moans. It was not at all private or comfortable. I feel that a massage place should be more diligent about providing calming and secure spaces for their clients. When I went to pay, the receptionist didn't even speak to me, handed me the pay machine and didn't even acknowledge me. I have been here many times for foot massages and never had a bad experience. However, this experience has left me feeling very unwelcome. I will no longer be taking the time to visit here and find a place that is more caring and considerate of its customers. In response: It is very unsettling that you are placing blame on a customer for your poorly delivered service. First of all, not once in my entire time there had I mentioned a foot massage. Not even one single time. So that is a blatant lie. Very disrespectful for you to accuse a person of that. Secondly, there are walls, I said they were not full, as in they do not touch the ceiling or fully enclose the space. I'm fully aware people make noises and they are free to do so, but when I pay for a private body massage, I should not feel like I am sharing a space with a stranger. This is a very rude and poor response from an establishment. Sadly you never even asked my name while I was there or cared to ask how my experience was. I will never return and this reply just reassured my feelings towards that.”Read moreShow less

“I am writing this review because I feel it is absolutely necessary after my experience at Big Feet Massage in Surrey yesterday.I have been a loyal customer of this location for over 10 years. I usually request specific therapists, as most of them have above-average skills. In fact, I highly recommend Ryan, Simon, and Frank—they are excellent. However, yesterday I was assigned a therapist named Steven for the first time, and it was a disaster from the start. Usually, a professional therapist asks which areas need focus, or they can tell where the muscles are knotted just by touch. Steven did neither. He didn’t ask any questions or check my physical condition. He lacked even the most basic techniques, such as using hands or elbows to apply pressure to trigger points. I have lived in Canada for 30 years, and this is the first time I have ever been frustrated enough to leave a review. He wasn't massaging; he was just rubbing. He clearly has no idea how to release muscle tension.I was so frustrated that I asked him to apply more pressure. Instead of effective technique, he just pushed hard without any understanding of muscle relaxation. It actually made my tension worse. After about 20 minutes, I was so upset that I stopped the session, got dressed, and walked out.I complained strongly at the front desk. I cannot understand how a professional massage shop could hire someone so unskilled. The receptionist told me that next time, I should speak up at the beginning if I'm unsatisfied. I told them I am never coming back. To be honest, I shouldn't have been charged at all for that session. I have been using a VIP card, and I happened to use up the remaining balance yesterday. I will never step foot in that place again. After leaving, I called my sister to vent, and she immediately asked, "Was it Steven?" It turns out she had the exact same infuriating experience with him recently and also walked out.A massage shop must test a therapist's basic skills before hiring them. While I understand that skill levels vary by experience, even a beginner should have the fundamental ability to provide a service worth the price. The manager or owner should personally get a massage from Steven and see if they would honestly want to pay for it.”Read moreShow less

“Fanny is one of the best therapists I have ever met. She has been my therapist for the past three years, and every session with her has been extremely helpful. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients’ recovery and progress. As someone who goes to the gym regularly, I’ve had muscle tightness and stretching-related issues, and she has always treated them with great care and skill. I always leave feeling better and more mobile. I highly recommend her to anyone who works out, has muscle stiffness, or needs proper therapeutic care.”Read moreShow less

“Jiajia is absolutely amazing. She has an incredible ability to pinpoint exactly where I’m tense or uncomfortable — even areas I didn’t realize were tight until she worked on them. Her pressure is spot on, strong when needed but always comfortable. I’ve had both foot reflexology and full body massage with her, and every time I walk out feeling completely relaxed. What really stands out is that the relief lasts for days, not just right after the session. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly knows what she’s doing and delivers consistent, high-quality massages, Jiajia is the one. Highly recommended!”Read moreShow less

“A friend highly recommended Simon, so I drove from Burnaby to Surrey to see him—and it was completely worth the trip. He’s professional and friendly, and you can really tell he knows what he’s doing. He could immediately tell where I was sore and which areas needed more work. The place is clean, the price is reasonable, and I’ll definitely be going back.”Read moreShow less

“A friend highly recommended Simon, saying his massage techniques were excellent, so I decided to book an appointment with him to give it a try. The experience truly exceeded my expectations. Simon is very professional, with great technique and just the right pressure. The whole session was extremely relaxing and comforting. I used to suffer from frequent lower back pain, but after the treatments, the pain has improved significantly and I feel much better now. I’m very grateful to my friend for recommending Simon, and I truly appreciate Simon’s skill, care, and professionalism. He has helped me a lot, and I will definitely continue seeing him in the future.”Read moreShow less
