“Iv been going to Betty's massage for over five years now. And I have never had a bad experience, She’s very kind and wonderful person who is very genuine in doing her best to treat you. Within the first five minutes of the Massage, she finds the areas that gives me grief without me telling her and she gets right to it! I would highly recommend Bettys Massage to anyone looking for a relaxing therapeutic Or recovery massage. She has a room Set up perfectly in her house that brings a Wonderful, Warm, Relaxing atmosphere. I give her 5/5 starts 100% of the time! She’s very friendly and easy to talk to And always make sure you’re comfortable! And yes, she does do direct billing!! I would highly recommend getting your next treatment at Betty’s Massage!!”

“Would not recommend. I’m not one to write reviews but the whole experience was a waste of time. I had called ahead to ensure that she was able to direct bill my insurance if I came down, in which case she called me back and verified she could and I had nothing to worry about. When I got there it was not a very professional environment, it was in a dingy basement with tons of random belongings stored down there and the room itself was cold with minimal air flow. I had to fill out a lengthy form that took 10 minutes changed and got assessed when I was really only looking for a relaxation massage. 25 minutes later I was finally getting a massage. I could tell Betty was experienced but the snap on nails she was wearing was slicing my back and made it very hard to enjoy any aspect of the massage. She only massaged me for about 25 minutes when I asked for an hour to then proceeded rush me out the door until she realized SHE made a mistake in setting up her billing. She made me wait an additional 45 minutes while she argued with my insurance company over the mistake she had made just to have her force me to pay for a full hour in full and have me deal with issue she had created with the insurance if I wanted any kind of reimbursement. 0 care for customers, very little professionalism and showman ship, I do not recommend at all.”
