There is a 24 hour cancellation period, and a no show period (failing to show up within the first 10 minutes of your appointment). When this occurs, the entire fee for the booked massage treatment will be charged to your account. Missing 2 appointments, whether as a No-Show, or cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, will result in discharge from the massage therapy practice.
