“I have had problems with my piriformis muscle for over 3 years and had seen a physio and another chiropractor with no relief. I even had therapy with a needle. “I have been booking RMT massages here for the past three years and have generally had positive experiences with both the therapists and the booking system. However, I recently experienced two appointment cancellations in a row with the same therapist. I understand that cancellations can happen, and the first one was completely understandable. The second cancellation, however, was more difficult to accept. The notification was sent by text and email early in the morning, while most people are preparing for their day. I did not see the message until after I had already arrived at the clinic. When I spoke with the front desk to confirm the situation, I was told the therapist had called in that morning, and the appointment was cancelled. Unfortunately, there was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, despite this being the second consecutive cancellation. Given that I had previously spoken with the front desk during the first cancellation, I would have expected a more proactive effort to communicate the situation or offer alternatives. A direct phone call would have been a much more effective way to ensure the cancellation was clearly received before clients make the trip to the clinic. After three years of regular bookings, this experience was disappointing. The handling of the second consecutive cancellation felt overly procedural, with little consideration for the client’s time. They really don't care. As a result, I will not be booking further treatments here.”Read moreShow less

Caring, thorough, and quick to respond when something comes up. Recently started seeing Isaac for chiro and he’s been incredible. Attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
