My physiotherapists, Krishna& Heidee, took the time to do a thorough assessment and designed a tailored exercise plan that directly addressed my [shoulder/back/knee] pain. Thanks to their guidance, I’ve regained full mobility and can finally enjoy my daily activities pain-free. “Krishna and Heidi were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The receptionist was friendly, professional and personable. Great staff all around!! After 2 sessions my back no longer hurt. After 6 sessions I could bend and get up without pain. Convenient parking beside the building. Highly recommend Berton Physiotherapy!!”

“Very good service. I went for hip pain and Krishna worked patiently with me until it was relieved. She is very knowledgeable and didn't press me to do more than I was able in the sessions. Roger was also involved and explained the source of my pain. They provided an exercise regimen and it is very effective in keeping me pain free. I would not hesitate to return to this clinic and highly recommend it.”

“Just had my first session with Lana for help with some pelvic floor issues I've been having. Everything exceeded my expectations. Lana was highly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Same with the receptionist and admin staff - all very friendly and professional. Lana took her time and answered all of my questions; I did not feel rushed at any point. I've been to numerous physio clinics in other cities, including London and Toronto, and based on my experience, this is a fantastic clinic. “The website looks very strange, with many big capital letters as if someone is shouting at us. They also use smiley emojis on the site, which feels very odd for a medical website. Some of the information is already outdated and no longer relevant (for example, instructions on how to find the entrance—now everything is clear there, apparently before it wasn’t). I booked a chiropractic appointment expecting that my back would be cracked (yes, that’s exactly what I wanted), but in the end nothing like that was done. They used a massager on my back, stretched my neck, and put hot compresses on my back. There was absolutely none of the quiet atmosphere I would have liked. You can hear everything that’s happening behind the curtain—just like in a regular hospital. If we’re talking about the moment when a patient is lying down with a compress to rest, there should be silence, not the sound of doctors talking about their conversations. It is cheap, but I am glad that my coverage covered everything, so I didn’t pay from my own pocket, otherwise it would be so sad. The website doesn’t have prices”

Although the treatment itself was a bit uncomfortable at times, she explained everything thoroughly and made the whole experience as tolerable as possible. I felt well cared for and confident in her approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for skilled and attentive physiotherapy care.”
