“I’ve had such an amazing experience with Bernadette. I’ve seen her for traditional acupuncture, facial acupuncture, and bioenergetic testing, and every session has been incredible. From the moment I’m there, I feel calm, grounded, and genuinely cared for. Bernadette truly takes the time to understand you as an individual; your lifestyle, your progress, and your overall health. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very detailed in the way she explains things, and she always makes herself available to answer questions. I never feel rushed, and she answers everything with so much care and clarity. You can tell she genuinely wants the best for her patients. She’s helped guide me toward better lifestyle and health decisions. It’s hard to fully put into words how impactful her care has been, but I can honestly say she’s made a meaningful difference for me. I highly recommend Bernadette to anyone and everyone. “Bernadette Yu is a very skilled acupuncturist that was able to cure my problems with just a few visits. She is very friendly, respectful and honest, and most importantly, she has the passion and heart of a doctor who thrives to treat patients. Her new office is especially clean and spacious. It is a space where I feel comfortable receiving my treatment as it is always neat. Bernadette is knowledgeable in a variety of fields especially when it comes to health. She has introduced me to many vitamins and nutrients that would benefit me given my condition. “I had sciatica with severe pain this past summer. I went for physio and it did not help. I went to Bernadette and she did a thorough assessment and took her time to talk with me. She is very kind and patient to discuss my issue and make a treatment program. She gave me 3 accupuncture treatments and the pain was completely gone. “One of the best Acupuncturist I have come across. I looked her up to help with the treatment for my mom who has multiple health issues. My mom was told to do a surgery to deal with her carpal tunnel issues but we wanted to try alternative treatments and found Bernadette. She is very attentive and knows the best way to treat the source of the issue. She suggested some supplements along with her treatment resulting in my mom feeling almost cured after a month and we don’t plan on doing the surgery anymore. I highly recommend Bernadette. “I've been seeing Bernadette since Nov 2022, following a vehicle collision earlier that year. I wasn't sleeping well since my neck was still sore so I decided to give acupuncture a try. Bernadette assessed my symptoms and performed acupuncture from head to toe, as well as hot stone massage and cupping on my back. I felt instant relief! Bernadette is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work as an acupuncturist, and truly cares about her clients. She reads up on medical journals to expand her knowledge and keep up to date with latest findings. I always learn a thing or two during my appointment, and the time flies by when you receive excellent treatment and conversation like talking to a good friend. “Wanted to update my review after 3 years of having the pleasure of Bernadette’s consistently good services. If you are looking for someone to treat your aches and pains. I have found Bernadette to be very good at treating my various issues. Whether it be my back, knees, sciatic, circulation in my legs, dry skin…etc. She is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. I have found Bernadette goes the extra mile and continually stays abreast of the latest treatments. I honestly believe she takes a unique approach to each of her clients. It shows how much she cares about her client’s individual needs and her profession. I had the pleasure of meeting Bernadette today to receive acupuncture for the first time. She is very good at what she does. I have to agree with other comments made about Bernadette being very professional, knowledgeable, caring and going the extra mile.
