We enjoyed the beer. The products are good. The service, however, could be improved. The staff lacked friendliness, patience and appeared inconvenienced by our orders. I understand that closing hours are inevitable, but a simple word would suffice, rather than slamming benches and chairs around.

Hubby loves your beer selection! Keep of the great work!

Such a nice patio to visit after hiking. Had a great flight, and bits and bites snack. (Warning they just have packaged snacks). Beer is excellent and they have great merch if you are already familiar with the brand.

Nice patio. Appreciated having a space for my pup. Tasty beers and the views are worth the stop.

Lovely place, lovely staff, and of course lovely beer. I enjoyed the red, the stout and the sour.

Loved the whole experience here. Had a few flights which was an excellent way to try all their beers. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their beers. They have really cute merch too. Every beer we tried was great. The patio has excellent views and a cute place for dogs to hang out under a shaded awning. No food served here but they do have a small menu of snack items.

Seen this place while pulling into Fernie on summer vacation. The Fernie RV park was close proximity biking over. Plenty of parking if required. Sat on the patio and enjoyed a few drafts and played a few of the many games available beside the bar to bring back to your table. Kid friendly. No food just the basics of chips and such.

As an update since it's been a few years, we came back. It's still a great place to hang out and they have seating outside, which is great on a good weather day. Your dogs can hang with you outside with you too. The menu is totally different also. No more schnitzel, beer cheese, liver and onions etc etc. They do still have poutine and it's good, but the gravy that they used to have was off the hook with flavor. They have great salads now, burgers and poke bowl style stuff. So more options for people with gluten issues. The fries are still good and our waitress was great. It's still a great place for a pitcher of beer and to catch a good soccer game or some other sports with friends.

Never a bad day at the Fernie Brewing Company! Great selection of craft beers for every palate on tap and in the cooler. I enjoy almost every type of beer but only the FBC seems to nail every type, not a bad taste in the range which I can't say for most other breweries other than Alberta's Balzac Brewery. I love What The Huck for a delicious berry beer, fresh fruity fun Straight Line White with spicy coriander and bright sweet orange, seasonal Black Mammoth for an extra strong dark that punches me in the face but I keep coming back for more because it's that good 🤣, with Java the Hut coffee stout for a smooth creamy dark alternative. There's so much more but that's what tasting is for. Also some pretty high quality swag, we love the flannels, hoodies and shirts, plus hats and toques and even the glassware. If you can't find something you love here, that's on you 🤣 if you stay for a beer the view from the patio is mountainesque (there is a dog station next to it) and lots of seating inside and out. It can get really busy in the summer. They have snacks like bagged chips but you are free to bring your own food (try the Funky Goat pizza in Fernie) Definitely a must stop if you are passing through. Try the samplers for a good idea of what they offer, they also will give tastes of anything on tap. Located just outside the main town heading to Sparwood next to the Home Hardware. Extra parking available between the brewery and Home Hardware. 👍🏻

Great local / craft brewery in - you probably already guessed it - Ferine. A fun place to relax and enjoy a taster while in town mid-week. The tasting room seemed pretty new and there's outdoor seating for when the weather is conducive. Seemed to be pet friendly for the outside seating area too. As a bonus, they had some pretty great merch on top of growlers and cans to take back to the campsite. Staff was friendly and we always enjoy going directly to the brewery to see what's on tap that may never make it into a can. Recommend a visit next time you're in town.
