“I am commenting as a volunteer of the Bennett Centre gardens - which I love doing. While gardening near the main entrance, I see many people coming and going about their day, whether it be residents, caregivers, staff, doctors, service people etc. Most people are genuinely friendly, cheerful and attentive which to me says a lot about the ‘vibe’ of this facility. It’s one of the reasons I continue to volunteer here. In the back, there is a beautiful courtyard garden. From Spring to Fall residents can take in fresh air, enjoy nature (flowers, trees, birds) and visit with family in this healing green space.
