“Great place! I got a quick eye exam, and was prescribed anti-fatigue lenses to help with eye strain. The folks here gave me a great deal, and were able to update my lenses quickly, while tightening and cleaning my glasses.”

“Benjamin was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in ensuring all my needs were met. He is committed to making the entire process smooth and hassle-free for clients. He even handled my ASEQ insurance claim, saving me a lot of time and effort!! The prices are also very reasonable, which is a huge plus for students and anyone on a budget. “Friendly honest service. Edit Feb 5, 2024: They explained what happened, apologized, and offered solutions. When I returned the owner was very friendly and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Edit Aug 16, 2023: I have no choice but to change my review, which I did not want to do. The after sale service has been horrendous, which I expressed to them. I have been told on different occasions related to different issues that I will be contacted and heard nothing. Things that were resolved was due to my many follow-ups. I have given many chances since my initial experience was great (5 stars). However, it is now at a point where it has gotten ridiculous. I have been waiting to hear back concerning another issue and even after following up I still have not heard back. Customers should not have to follow up over and over again for resolutions; this is unprofessional.”Read moreShow less
