Cancellation Policy: Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged 50% of the booking.
Two or more missed appointments will result in 100% of the treatment cost be paid before booking any future appointments.
A late cancellation or a missed visit will leave an unfilled spot in your therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require at least 24 hours notice by cancelling on your online account or emailing benefithealthlangley@gmail.com directly.

About the clinic
We will be making an adjustment to our fee schedule starting January 1st 2026
60 minute Massage Therapy will increase by $5 (now $135 including tax)
60 minute Acupuncture will increase by $10 (now $120 including tax)

“I’ve been seeing RMT Shanay Valk for massage therapy treatment and she is excellent. Her treatment is effective and she is good at communication throughout the treatment to ensure I’m comfortable and know what to expect. She takes the time to provide recommendations for stretches after the treatment and checks in to see how I am doing. “I had high hopes for my appointment after reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with Jessica was disappointing. Instead of relaxing, it was very stressful. I would rate the massage itself three stars, as she seemed somewhat distracted. Whenever she was talking and making a point, she would linger on one area longer than appropriate instead of maintaining a consistent flow. However, I’m deducting another star because she talked throughout the entire one-hour session, often about inappropriate topics. She shared her views on politics in the U.S., serial killers, and stated that sex workers should be legal, among many other things she continued to discuss for the full hour. I kept my responses minimal and didn’t ask any follow-up questions, hoping she would take the hint and allow me to relax. *Edit to add: I'm using my wife's Google account. “I had an amazing experience with Gabrielle, RMT. I was dealing with level 10 pain even after multiple physiotherapy sessions, and after just one massage with her, my pain significantly decreased. She made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time, and I’ve already noticed improved mobility and feel so much better overall. Her skills and techniques are excellent.
