“After waiting over two years for a doctor, I was matched with NP Melanie Allen. Unfortunately, the wait was not worth it. I met with her for the second time today and I will not be returning. She fails to listen, support and care for her patients and their needs. I’ve never had to call out a medical professional for a lack of respect for me and my problems, but today I had to and I was met with the response that I was young and to get essentially get used to it. I hope that one day she recognizes that patients should never leave her office feeling worse than when they came in.”

“Update: The clinic reached out again to collect our information which we were hesitant to do. However, we recently had a phone call with Dr. Jones who seems like a great doctor and is very friendly. Hoping to have more positive experiences with this clinic moving forward. Incredibly rude interaction with the receptionist on April 16th at 4pm. As new patients we have been waiting for the past 2 years to find a family doctor. Unfortunately, the receptionist complained that entering our information was "too much work" - which felt unprofessional, lazy, and unwelcoming. Very disappointing, especially after such a long wait for care - we'll be waiting to be accepted into a clinic elsewhere.”

“two issue: 1 the nurse who injected me today is not professional at all, because anytime she does my arm hurts for a day or two but whenever other nurse does the same injection it doesnt hurt. 2: the receptionist is not polite and professional too, i had two appointments with nurse and doc at the same time, she called me last week to change my appointment because nurse is on vacation, she changed one appointment only”

“My family doctor Dr. Jones is a great doctor and the receptionists have been okay so far. But this morning, the receptionist called me and said I do not have a valid MSP coverage despite having a valid MSP coverage. Before I could say anything, she started screaming at me. The first call that I received, it was from her and had the worst possible start of the day. She did not even bother to check in the system Searching if I have valid coverage or not. All she could care is to inform me that I will be charged 450 CAD.”

“Our family started with Dr. Callum Jones last year and he is by far the best family doctor we have ever had the privilege of being patients of. Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable, personable, attentive and incredibly thorough. He even corresponds with carefully written emails and pertinent attachments. His staff have also been very helpful and kind in their interaction with us. Online bookings are very simple and an added bonus at this clinic. Overall an excellent medical clinic to be a part of!”
