“I was in a near fatal head on collision several years ago. I suffered many life threatening injuries including a broken neck. I had an amazing PT for about 10 years until she retired. No one seemed to fit until I was lucky enough to meet Jay. He asked me questions, wanted to know what my goals were and what kind of issues I was having. Jay listened and was very understanding, he made me feel incredibly comfortable and gave me a few simple exercises to begin with. He explains what the exercises are supposed to do, how they can help, asks permission before he moves to assist, and is very professional and respectful of you and your space. I highly recommend his services. With the few exercises he’s given me, I’m able to manage my chronic pain much better and am looking forward to improving myself and my body with Jay’s help.”
