Many thanks to the Bellefleur Physiotherapy team Beechwood Location, especially to Breana Hooks for being so caring and knowledgeable in my path to a complete recovery.

I underwent several months of treatment for an arm injury that required medical attention. Following eight months of unsuccessful physiotherapy, I believed surgery was necessary. My surgeon recommended I seek a second opinion from another physiotherapy practice, which ultimately proved effective. My husband experienced a similar outcome in his own recovery, including a significant setback. Consequently, I cannot recommend this facility, despite the staff's amiable and pleasant demeanor.

I initially visited Bellefleur Vanier for a medically diagnosed "tennis elbow " condition. The 1st visit with physiotherapist Leo Culhane was a general assessment of my condition. I agreed to a follow up and was also given a series of online driven exercises to be performed twice daily. They were very comprehensive and available for Leo to review. The 2nd visit consisted of ultrasound therapy and exercises. Leo was exceptional. Knowledgeable, courteous and professional to a fault. I felt totally comfortable. I continue to schedule appointments with Leo with absolutely no pressure on his part. Totally up to me. So I heartily recommend Bellefleur Physiotherapy Clinic to hopefully cure your ills. Gary Cross

It pains me to write this, but my hope is that others may avoid repeating my mistake. Everyone here is nice and well meaning, but they are completely unprepared for complex sports medicine related physical therapy, both from an equipment and expertise perspective. This place is surely fine for those seeking physical therapy to return to work or eliminate minor pain, but if your issue is sports related, I would highly advise you to find a place with an actual sports medicine background and focus. I came here 6 months ago after an ACL and partial meniscectomy surgery. After some initial success, I experienced a large setback in my recovery due to my physical therapist instructing me to return to running on the treadmill without proper guidance or supervision. Despite his assurance that this activity was "low risk," a brief jog in the gym caused a significant joint infusion. I subsequently consulted with other sports medicine specialists, who informed me that a return to running should have been accompanied by an in-depth gait analysis and a detailed assessment of quad and hamstring strength. The program should have gradually returned me to running and increased load bearing, rather than just having me attempt this on my own with false assurances that everything would be fine. Due to this poor planning, my recovery time has been delayed by at least 6 months. My orthopedic surgeon initially forecasted a return to activity in 9 months, and now sadly I am looking at a total recovery time of at least 18 months, which will cause me to miss the entire winter ski season. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but irespective of these good intentions, the unfortunate result is utterly indefensible and inexcusable. Good vibes won't ease the pain of my impending arthritis. 6 months, hours of sick leave to take off work, more than $2k in fees, and most importantly, hope for an eventual return to normalcy have all been squandered. As mentioned, this place is likely fine for more minor injuries and people just looking to return to work or normal day-to-day activity. However, if you are an athlete or looking to return to sport, I highly recommend you seek treatment elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of working with Alexander Moyes, who is both kind and very knowledgeable. He taught me some useful exercises that have made a significant difference in my recovery. The only reason I can't continue seeing him is due to the high prices charged by the clinic, which unfortunately don't fit into my budget. However, if you can afford it or have a good health insurance plan, I highly recommend him.

I approached Bellefleur suffer from sciatica. I found them professional, friendly and efficient. Jacob did a thorough interview at my initial visit and designed an exercise program, illustrating at each step the proper way to perform it. He also sent me a video showing the exercises. I saw him 3 times and each time he combined massages with reviewing my exercise routine and adding as necessary. I was going on holiday so he advised me on how to continue while I was gone. My sciatica disappeared after about a week of doing the exercises. As recommended I continue to do the exercises on a reduced basis as a preventative. On my return Jacob contacted me and offered any assistance. I recommend them unconditionally and will certainly return there should I have need of such help in the future.

It was such a relief discovering Bellefleur clinic after having a bad experience with a different physiotherapist who exhausted my insurance and my time with no results at all. Alex at Bellefleur did the right job to help me feel pain free with my sciatica in no time, he's really professional, and I'm sure all the team at Bellefleur are. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and like at home at their clinic, they listen to your pain and heal you the right way, and always smiling :)

I had sciatica pain that had persisted for years. I was getting treatment by a Chiropractor and was seeing some improvement, but the pain was ever-present. I went to Bellefleur to try Physiotherapy to see if it would help. Based on my specific issues, Physio proved to be the better choice. Sophie worked with me for a few weeks and tailored exercises specific to my needs. I have recovered 100% and have been pain free for weeks! Sophie was amazing! Based on her initial assessment, her path to recovery (timing, etc.) was bang on. Scheduling appointments was simple, and the resources Bellefleur provides are very helpful. Highly recommended!

5 stars, I highly recommend Bellefleur Physiotherapy! I have gone to various physiotherapists over the years and Dave Bellefleur is the best physiotherapist. I can’t emphasize enough how effective dry needling is (it's life-changing) and Dave is the master at it! He works very hard (effectively and efficiently) during my appointments to treat as many areas as possible and I really appreciate it. I am also impressed with the professionalism & friendliness of all staff, making it clear that everyone at Bellefleur Physiotherapy are happy and engaged in their work. I also appreciate the direct billing to my benefits provider as well as it saves me time.
