“I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. I missed my appointment for a legitimate reason and called the clinic to explain what happened. Unfortunately, I felt like the receptionist had already made up her mind and wasn't interested in listening to my explanation. That was the most disappointing part of the entire experience. I was told over the phone that my appointment would be rebooked and that the new appointment would be free. However, I was still charged approximately $200 for the missed appointment. I found the communication confusing, and I don't feel the situation was handled fairly. My concern isn't just about the fee. It's about how I was treated. Patients work hard for their money, and the least they deserve is to be listened to and treated with respect. A little understanding and empathy can make a big difference. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves the way it communicates with patients. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.”

“Amazing chiropractor. I had sprain in my muscles and joints. After first visit I was able to work in the house and able to do my daily living activities. I went to physiotherapist for a month didn’t help at all.”

I was never rushed, always heard, and treatments were highly effective by very knowledgable staff. Took less treatments to relieve my pain then expected.
