“Went to a chiropractor here who wouldn't do adjustments. Instead he had a table with a middle section that rises a half inch higher than the head and foot sections. Had me lay down on my back on the table. Then he pulled a lever and the middle section dropped half an inch. For this I was charged $45. Booked a massage. Earliest appointment was 5 months later. Went for massage. They told me the masseuse had moved to another clinic and she was supposed to have called me to let me know. Went to the other clinic and masseuse said Gleeson had sent me an email. It had gone to my junk folder.”

“Unfortunately I had my first terrible experience despite being a patient here for years since I was a child. I saw there was a new system for making appointments, so I attempted to make my appointment there. I got a time that was confirmed via email and text message. The day of my appointment it was canceled due to me requiring a 30 min time slot as opposed to a 20 min which is totally fine. I never got a text cancelling it or as much as a phone call. I recieved an email that I didn't see as it went to my spam and I recognize that is on me. However when I got to the clinic the receptionist who was very rude and passive aggresive, rather than greeting me or even simply saying good afternoon opened with "I canceled your appointment it's in your email". Not knowing I said I didn't recieve one, her response was "you aren't reading properly" again in a rude tone. When I asked why, she explained it to me almost as if I was burdening her by asking. She told me to book a 30 min not a 10 minute appointment. I replied I booked a 20 minute and she told me I didn't. When I said I did on the new site she said "well you must not be using it properly" again being passive aggresive. I said "okay there must be something wrong with the system because 30 minutes wasn't even an option, maybe theres an issue?" Her response was "ya I guess there's an issue...on your end." All of her responses which I can't duplicate the tone in writing were very rude and just seemed to be getting me out of there ASAP. She offered me another appointment time at another day which I give credit for doing that but I was so put off being treated like this by their admin that I said i'll figure something out and she simply just said "sure goodbye". I have been seeing Dr. Beckford for years again since I was a kid and can't say I have ever been treated like this. Normally with poor service I would stay and give the person a piece of my mind but instead I walked out and began looking for a new clinic. I imagine this doesn't happen often here however you guys lost a patient that day. If it continues and the Dr.'s are curious as to why I would point the finger in the direction of that receptionist.”
