<p><em></em>You may not be a good candidate for permanent makeup if you have any of the following conditions:<br></p><ul><li>Currently on Accutane</li><li>Pregnant or Nursing</li><li>Tendency to Keloid scar (please contact me) rashes, blisters, eczema, psoriasis on the treatment area</li><li>Diabetic or heart Conditions will require Doctors Clearance </li><li>Due to possible complications to the COVID-19 Vaccines, you must not have any permanent makeup procedures 14 days before or 14 days after receiving vaccine</li><li>Botox in the brow area which has altered the placement of your brows (please wait 3 weeks for the effects to wear off)</li><li>Under the age of 18</li><li>Serious diseases that can affect your body's healing process, such as cancer or autoimmune disorders (please consult with your physician)</li><li>Bleeding Disorders (please consult with your physician)</li></ul><p><strong><u><span style="color:rgb(192,80,77);"></span></u></strong></p><p>If you are taking any medications that contain blood thinners or affect your body's ability to heal, please consult with your physician with regards to getting a tattoo.</p><p>LIP BLUSH</p><p>If you had a history of cold sores or has ever had a cold sore, please pre-treat with VALTREX. A recommended preference is 10 days before and 10 days after - a total of 20 days! If you are prone to cold sores and DO NOT pre-treat, you WILL BREAK OUT!</p><p>PLEASE EXFOLIATE your lips a week prior to appt. You can do this at home with a drop of coconut oil and sugar to create your own sugar scrub.</p><p>Before your appointment do not take blood thinner, coffee, advil, ibuprofen, medications, Vitamin e, fish oil or accutane. Do not <u>DRINK</u> the night before your appointment. <br><br>If you have any previous work on your brows, Microbladed, please send a PHOTO beforehand. <br><br><br></p><div><h1>Policies</h1><p><strong>Please read carefully over the policy and disqualification list before booking.Once you book with us, you fully accept these terms.</strong></p><p>- If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your initial appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of your deposit and another deposit will be needed to book your appointment. All appointments require deposit to secure a booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session due on the day of your appointment. Deposits can be processed by credit card or e-transfer and are non-refundable, all services provided are strictly non-refundable.</p><p>Please note remaining balance. <br>• All card and e-transfer payments are subject to applicable taxes and processing fees.<br>• Listed prices reflect our cash rate.</p><div>-Every training class is subject to a non-refundable deposit that will go toward the cost of your training.<br></div><p>- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be required to re-schedule and your deposit will be forfeited. This is not a rushed procedure and ample time is allowed for each client.<br></p><p>- One time reschedule</p><p>- It is your responsibility to read the FAQ section on our website and/or contact us to determine if you are a suitable candidate for any of our procedures. If you arrive at your appointment with any of the conditions listed we are unable to perform the procedure, your deposit will be forfeited.</p><p>- Results <strong>cannot </strong>be guaranteed. There are many factors that contribute to the healed result and longevity of the tattoo. Certain individuals may require additional touch-ups to achieve their desired aesthetic. Additional touch-ups will be an additional charge. </p><p>- Although we try our best to achieve optimal results, we can make no guarantees. Each individual will heal differently along with other factors that can contribute to undesirable results. </p><p>- We have the right to refuse service or end the client relationship at anytime. </p><p>- Pricing is subject to change at anytime.
