“I came in for my first visit/consult with Kat and she gave me her professional and honest feedback. I came in wanting to go ahead with a specific treatment. and kat explained to me thoroughly, why the treatment I was asking about was neither suitable nor necessary for me. Kat saved me from spending a lot of money and I felt like she was completely invested in my concerns and not trying to sell me a service that would not benefit me in the long run.
