Booking and fees

• Advance notice to cancel1 day

  The client may cancel an appointment without charge 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time.

• Arriving late shortens the visityour service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule

  If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

• Fee for cancelling late

  If you do not call to cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

• Fee for a missed appointment

  If you do not call to cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

• Payment before the visit

  If a client late-cancels or does not show up multiple times (2 or more), they will be asked to pre-pay for future services.

Health and safety

• Reschedule if you are unwell

  If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
