“I had a massage, body scrub, and reflexology, and every service was excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and made the entire experience so relaxing. The pricing is amazing for the quality of service you receive. I highly recommend this spa and truly appreciate the wonderful care and attention they provided. “I have wanted to leave this review for a long time. Been going to Be Pampered for almost 5 years now and the experience has always been great and consistent. The biggest thing for me is how easy and flexible the booking is. Most RMT places in Burlington are booked out for weeks, but here I can usually get an appointment when I actually need one. Nick is always helpful with scheduling and customer service. Also, Rebecca and Angel are outstanding massage therapists - very hardworking and they bring full energy into every session. “Be Pampered Spa truly lives up to its name. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and peaceful, instantly helping me relax. The therapists were extremely knowledgeable about pressure points, and the reflexology combined with the full body massage felt like an essential reset for optimal health and well-being. Emily and Rebecca were absolutely amazing — polite, welcoming, and highly educated in what they do. They made me feel comfortable and cared for the entire time, explaining things clearly and tailoring the experience perfectly. I left feeling refreshed, balanced, and genuinely pampered. I came in for a 90-minute massage just days after spraining my foot, and from the moment the session began, her compassion and expertise were unmistakable. Emily is truly a gem of a human being. Her professionalism, intuition, and experience were evident in every moment—she knew exactly which pressure points to focus on and how to properly address and drain the inflammation in my sprained ankle with the perfect level of gentleness. “I came here with my daughter. I had the absolute amazing time. I was greeted by the receptionist with a delightful smile. It was very clean, very professional very well organized. We were taken in right away. The room was the ambience was very, very nice mood lighting my daughter and I enjoyed an excellent reflexology. They never rushed us. They took their time. They smiled and had lots of laughter afterwards we enjoyed a one hour massage and it was every pressure point. The girls here in the staff are very professional. They know exactly what they’re doing and I recommend this to any family. “My husband got me a package for my birthday and it was amazing! I got the 45 min reflexology, which included a shoulder massage that was much needed. I then got a 1 hour lymphatic drainage massage, which felt really good and was very thorough. The lights were dim and the music was calming, and the practitioner only spoke to me when needing to instruct me, so I was able to really relax. We have been coming here for quite some time now and love how clean and professional all the staff are. This last visit I had an extremely stiff neck. Rebecca was exceptional - enough for me to want to write this review! She took time to pinpoint the exact area of need and took out the knots one-by-one. She was checking in to make sure the pressure was okay and was very empathetic and encouraging towards me as a new mom. She then proceeded to give me the best head and back massage ever. I instantly felt relief and could turn my head from side to side by the end of the appointment. I was blown away! I will make sure to book her everytime!!!!
