“I was initially hesitant to have my feet touched but I heard about the benefits of foot reflexology so I gave it a try and now I go every week. The ambiance is calming and welcoming and Jill is very kind and supportive. She has excellent knowledge and skill in reflexology. The pressure on the foot is perfect- firm yet soothing. Jill knows how to target certain areas depending how I am feeling that day e.g. pain, anxiety, gut issues. I leave feeling light, relaxed and balanced. “I have done several reflexology appointments here with Jill, and had an absolutely fantastic time every time! I love the small, private clinic, and the cozy setup she puts you in for complete relaxation during your session. Jill always starts by asking some questions and really listening to my answers, making connections I would never have thought of, and then using this information to make the reflexology targeted to what I need at that moment.
