From initial greeting through the friendly assistant carrying out a very comprehensive X-ray, to the initial meeting with the dentist, again comprehensive and thorough but pleasant discussion on history and X-ray results, to the highly professional (and pain-free) hygienist, I would rate the staff and service superb. “Been a patient since I was a child, as were my entire family and now my son....staff are always professional kind accommodating and friendly. Procedures are smooth and zero pain! Quite frankly never understood why ppl hate going to the dentist?? bc I've only ever been to this clinic. Until this summer, I had to visit another dentist due to timing and logistics. Boy I now know why ppl are fearful. Today I went back to Dr Campbell.... and ill make every effort not to visit anywhere else again! Hes top notch, has the midas touch, cant say enough!”

“As per usual for my experience with your Whole Dental Practice: All of your staff are exceptional, but I must make a special mention for Dawn who is very special and extremely friendly, as are all of your staff. I have always had a morbid fear of dentists as a whole (since I had a bad experience as a child) but, I have been coming to this dental practice for 46 years since coming to Canada, and I always know I will be well taken care of. “This clinic is shockingly unprofessional and completely disorganized. I was referred here for urgent dental extractions, yet no one even bothered to verify my information or coverage before speaking to me about payment even though I am covered under the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP). Instead of doing their job properly, I was told that if I can’t wait, I should just pay out of my own pocket. That is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and basic responsibility. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and clearly unqualified to handle patients in urgent situations. There was no empathy, no effort to help just attitude and excuses. Let’s be clear: this is a healthcare setting, not a careless business. Patients come to you in pain, not to be brushed off or treated like a burden. I am currently dealing with a broken molar that is moving down to the root, and your clinic has done nothing but delay and make things worse. If you cannot handle referrals properly or communicate like professionals, you should not be accepting patients at all. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Avoid this clinic if you expect even the bare minimum of care, respect, or professionalism.”
